If you have out of network benefits and would like to use them, you pay upfront for sessions, and I provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many clients use the Reimbursify app to make this process easier.

  • A Good Faith Estimate gives you a clear picture of the expected cost of therapy. It’s required for clients who are not using insurance. You can request a GFE before starting services. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • I have a 48 hour cancellation policy for 45-50 minute sessions and a one week cancellation policy for 90+ minute sessions. You will be responsible for the full fee of missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 48 hour notice for 45-50 minute sessions, 50% of the full fee for 90+ minute sessions missed or cancelled with less than one week's notice, and 100% of the full fee of 90+ minute sessions if canceled with 72 hours notice or less.

  • I do however at this time sliding-scale options are currently full. I maintain a waitlist for those who need reduced-fee support so please reach out and indicate that is what you are looking for and I will add you to my waitlist.
